Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Sai Bugatha. Recently, I had an issue with a missing package that was incredibly important to me. Sai went above and beyond to assist in tracking it down, demonstrating not only professionalism but also genuine care and dedication. She took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly, communicated updates promptly, and didn’t stop until the package was found. Her persistence, resourcefulness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly exceeded my expectations. This level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. We live just off Westfield is Stratford. So we have every shop and restaurant you can imagine. We’re a two minute walk from Stratford tube ( you can get into the city/central in 12 mins)

Staff are always there asap to fix or help with any problems!!

Very helpful community. If you’ve started a business or need help with anything. Neighbours here are super helpful And we get cute views xx

There are advantages and disadvantages to living where I live. The local shops offer a wide variety of essentials, and there are some good restaurants and cafes that offer a wide variety of cuisine, although the selection of bars is limited. There are open Spaces, well-maintained parks and lively community events. Public transport is convenient, with buses and trains within walking distance, although it can be crowded during rush hour. Occasionally, delays affect the commute, but overall, it's manageable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management usually responds quickly to the concerns raised and handles maintenance requests and minor repairs efficiently. However, larger issues, such as noise complaints, can sometimes take longer to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before I moved in was how busy the street would get during rush hour. Traffic noise and congestion can be more pronounced than expected, especially at night, and with the renovation of new buildings I can also hear the noise.

Modern Living with Excellent Amenities and Management

I absolutely love living in my apartment building! The local area is vibrant and full of great shops, restaurants, and bars that cater to all tastes. There are plenty of open spaces nearby, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities. The transport links are very convenient, making it easy to get around the city, although during peak hours, it can get a bit crowded. Living on my street is fantastic; parking is generally available, and the bin collections are efficient. I've rarely encountered any issues with anti-social behaviour, and the traffic noise is minimal, allowing for a peaceful living environment. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any problems or issues until now, but from what I've seen, the building management is really proactive and responsive to any issues that come up. They take feedback seriously and work to resolve concerns quickly, so it seems like we're in a well-managed place!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am extremely happy with everything I have seen so far!
