We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Convenient and close to everything necessary for quality living. Beautiful views and lots of natural light in the living space, and quality furnishing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't yet had any issues to raise, we have only been here one day

We were informed on everything necessary, nothing was left unexplained in my opinion

Transport options are great. Being close to Westfield Shopping Centre, the shops, restaurants are at a wide range. The area is not one of the green places of London though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Building Management promptly responds to our queries and helps to bring a solution. The Facilities Team is always helpful and friendly. Recently, Meet Sutariya, Facilities Coordinator at Coppermaker Square helped me with my meter readings and was very kind to help to solve my problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the window cleaning was done once in a year and the heating limit was capped with 25 degrees.

Splendid space to live .A lot of options for shopping, swimming . parks for walking and a lot more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sai Bugatha from reception was always helpful and the management has been very response about everything we requested for . Great customer service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew there are so many amenities. I didn't know that the gym is free. I took a subscription for an year at a gym
