Nice development, good location, close to schools and other amenities. Could do with more greenery and play areas

The traffic noise-a13 next to the building

Would like new carpets and walls repainted, everything else os ok.

I used to live here but moved out earlier this year. I loved the community feel in the lcoal area. I met other mothers and had friendly neighbours. Sadly the shops nearby are few and far between. From door to platform (Canning Town), it's about 15 -17 minute stroll, I wihed it was closer. Nearest bus stop is slightly closer. I liked that there is a school nearby by and a launderette should you need it.

Under Affinity Sutton things were better, but now it's Clarion Housing, they seem to take ages to get back to you or to get anything done. It took almost a month for me to get my deposit back.

Not enough green spaces

I would change the layout so it has a Juliet balcony in the main bedroom

Security is bad.. and location is far from central London

It looks like if there aren't many shops around but I like the surroundings for now
