The best place to live at. I live around the park and it’s so peaceful clean and safe. The management Keeps the surrounding area so clean and well maintained by them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always ready to help and send the people with in 24 hours to inspect the repair.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They had informed about the parks and all the facilities the property has.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of anti social behaviour and a lack of action from get living who prioritise short term profit over long term safety and community benefit. Shops are good, but it is getting worse as premises are being replaced with more and more new flats instead and there are many empty lots that are not being replaced.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they are usually quite good at resolving small issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area is not very safe and has one of the highest number of phone snatching in the country, plus increasing anti social behaviour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

access to restaurants/bars/other facilities is very good high crime can make it feel unsafe at the moment, would like to see more patrols etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very promp, had a couple of issues with washing machine/balcony door and were always seen to in the couple of days after raising.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i had known realistically the distance to the station, wish i had also known about how close hackney wick is as it is a real asset.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unsafe, as disadvantage Very good location for public transport and green area. Also famiky friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and fast. No problem so far. All our problem was solved in a timely manner.

I knew everything as I was living close to this area before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Great surrounding businesses/facilities. Environment focus. Easy access to various health facilities including leisure and GP. Plenty of private and secure parking available. Bins collected regularly Bad: Lots of theft. Can get quite noisy. Difficultly making way around the area when the football is on.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly but the action they take is of a “quick fix” and poor quality even with some inaction such as responding to issues with external stakeholders.

Just be extra careful around the area as there can be some bad crime
