We are close to Colindale station which is really convenient for work. The area is lovely

They dont respond! That's the problem. No communication, and no action when it comes to problems!

Don't buy from Fairview!

I like that the shops are nearby and supermarkets. The bus is also close which is great.

There is nothing I can think of. I didn’t know a lot about the area, but I really like it

Better lighting and fittings throughout would be nice

The area is becoming very busy because of all the new developments- perhaps too busy. It’s easy to access the centre of London.

I knew the area before but I wish there was better bus transportation

The overall quality of the development and the flat could definitely be improved.

What I don’t like is the poor lighting in the park at nighttime. The transport is great and very handy to have the tube station right opposite.

I don’t think there’s anything that would make a huge difference to know before moving here.

I would love if there was a wall or fence between the park and the development purely to increase the feeling of security in the dark.

There are too many youths who hang around the development. But the transportation is great and the development is helping the area as well, so hopefully things will improve.

There isn’t anything really that I wish I’d known.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony and the communal garden is only for residents which is great
