Nothing bad so far, as have just moved in shops are local including food and grocery shopping which is handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well good at responding straight away not had a problem as of yet

Nothing, as I haven’t found anything not to be transparent yet

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fizzy Canning Town is conveniently located, just a stone’s throw away from shops, restaurants, and the tube station. The neighborhood is quiet and relatively peaceful, which is a huge plus for me. The building itself is also quite safe, as it requires a two-point entry system.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Upon moving in we noticed some minors issue but were addressed promptly. We also had one incident where we noticed a leaking pipe during late at night and straight away rang the out of hours support line. The on-call staff member (unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name) arrived incredibly quickly—within about 20 minutes. He fixed the issue and resolved everything in less than an hour from when it was reported. He was efficient, reliable, and courteous throughout the process. His service was definitely commendable—10/10! By the next morning, one of the maintenance staff, Paul, called me to follow up. He was already in the building first thing and kindly rechecked the pipes to ensure everything was okay. He also reassured me afterward. His service was equally commendable—10/10! Everything about the flat, building, and management was perfectly good. The only flaw I can think of regarding the area is the constant rubbish scattered in front of the building along the market space, but it’s not really a big deal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing, really a few steps away from everything you can think of, tube station, bus station, grocery stores and plenty more like the pharmacy litterally next door and plenty of Uber Eats and Deliveroo partners in the area so you could get any food at any time! The only negative aspect is the traffic as our flat is literally facing the main road so the noise level was pretty bad when opening windows, but I’m sure those facing other directions don’t have the same issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we had issues they always swiftly responded and tried to find solutions to the heat issue for example which we appreciated however there was no easy fix.

Bad: The heat situation Good: you can not hear anything from a flat to an other

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighborhood is very nice with Morrison, TianTian, 2 McDonald, Pret, Starbucks in 10 mins walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they responded and fix the issue in a day or two. Better if the contractor come on time as they booked

The move in time is a bit rush so the cleaning can be better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is very close to Canning Town station as well as a large Morrison's, Tian Tian, Superdrug, etc. Right below is a pharmacy and a Domino's. Many restaurants nearby. Great location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly and professionally. My issues are always resolved very quickly.

My place is right next to the road so I can hear the cars, but I've gotten used to it so it doesn't disturb me.
