· Walking distance to a wide range of groceries and restaurants, as well as wellbeing spaces and facilities (gyms, climbing, workshops) + pop-up opportunities for local businesses within the community. · Great transport links to Central London & to London City Airport (TfL Zone 2/3, Jubilee Line, DLR & buses) + lovely walks nearby, e.g., riverside, docks area and ecology park surrounded by the canal. · Active, young community, and family welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We raised a complaint due to a repair taking too long to be addressed and they responded promptly. We are awaiting a resolution, and we trust that the outcome will be transparent and fair to all involved parties.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would highly recommend a viewing to anyone interested, as it was my viewing in person which made me have no questions in the decision to go ahead and become a tenant at this property. Forever grateful.

Transport, facilities, people, places to go locally. All great. I wouldn’t walk up Barking Road but then I don’t need to. Phone theft rife by station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliantly. Very fast, friendly and non intrusive

The local area took me a while to fathom out so I got lots of books on East London and followed Insta accounts

There are excellent transport links and supermarkets, with Canning Town tube station and Sainsburys minutes away. There are also many restaurants and gyms in the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they were always quick to respond, responding and attending to the issue in less than 24 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking spaces are extremely limited and quite costly, quite difficult to be allocated a good spot.

Commuting is very convenient as the tube station is close by, making it easy to get around. The area is well-served with supermarkets, which is great for daily essentials. However, as it’s still a new development, it lacks restaurants, cafes, and shops, which would enhance the community feel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maria has been exceptional in addressing any issues I’ve raised. She is prompt, professional, and ensures problems are resolved efficiently. Her positive energy and kindness make every interaction pleasant, and she truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding support.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that residents are not eligible for parking permits through the council.

Not a lot of local stores nearby. There's not a lot of traffic noise which is good. However, there's been ongoing construction which is sometimes a pain.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Paul from the maintenance team has been so responsive and is a lovely guy. Quick fixes, great work!

One thing I wish I knew before I moved in was how thin the walls and doors were.
