It's a nice modern home, relatively well-sound and heat-insulated, and with a reasonably good layout, but we've had a lot of issues with parcel theft and building security because of the absence of a unified entrance for the whole complex or any concierge, which you'd expect to be included considering the price. The neighbours often make a lot of noise with parties, and there's often a lot of mess in the hallways, lifts, and bin rooms, which is exacerbated by the lack of regular proper cleaning. Maintenance is also another issue. We've regularly lost all hot water in the building and issues we had from the start are still not resolved. It's still difficult to get hold of someone about issues and get them fixed because we're half Folio and half NHG.

+ It's relatively easy to get to things. + The GP is next door. - Theres nothing really here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sort of, it feels like theres 150% energy for 20 seconds, then 10% by the next day and it tails off from there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no one on site at all, you are on your own in a building where no one comes and checks it weekly, let alone daily, even the cleaners don't come weekly.

Good transport link, shops nearby, nice modern design and well managed. High crime rate, streets could be cleaner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with stolen parcels but this has been reduced by the new delivery box that was installed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the bills as I was surprised to see how much our council tax was.
