Close to bus stops and SW Rail station. Pubs nearby, Sainsbury's at walking distance, private parking bay and space for visitors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management team is quite helpful, they work well with the resources they have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development is pet friendly and my landlord as well, but some areas of the building are not for the dogs, that is very important, you shouldn’t walk with your dog at the main courtyard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What I’m not really happy about is the WiFi provided in this building, it is absolutely awful and the gym could be bigger aswell

I wish I was aware about the constant traffic that builds here outside because it can get very noisy throughout the day
