Great area, right by the canal so fantastic for walks. Lots of independent pubs/restaurants nearby. On a side rode so no traffic noise. Need a permit for on street parking but building has underground car park.

Join the community forum, great for local tips and meeting people.

What is the best feature of your home:

Dual aspect floor to ceiling windows with canal views and quiet surrounding area

It doesn't matter what facilities we have because we are all being made bankrupt from Durkans poor building standards.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Durkan have refused to help- and there are many more buildings they have built that have the same problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That our building was non-compliant to building regulations, a fire hazard and that we would be made bankrupt from having to remediate it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location and close to main parts of London. Peaceful area and I enjoy living here. Crime in the area is bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. All the residents have complained and formed a group to try and get issues sorted but we continue to be frustrated by poor management. They aren't looking after us at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building management is terrible - don't respond to queries or complaints such as issues with my hot water . Not impressed. Unclean communal areas is also an issue
