Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rented for a year in a new built. 1y contract started without telling that they would have started building works in 3 of months. Very slow in answering for complaints that do come, from a cheap built building. Once they raised a rental invoice for 1 pence. Over email, always rude.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, always very slow and ineffectively. E.g. extractor fan stopped working in a bathroom with no windows. They arrived after one month, replaced it. It stopped working after a week. They came back after another couple of weeks and replaced it again with a not efficient one.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That building works were about to start! Bordering illegal, if you ask. But when you live there they have all the control.
