Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is some distance from central Croydon but transport links (bus, tram) are good. The local area is okay and pretty safe. There are some small shops and take-aways in the vicinity and an IKEA and large supermarkets about 10 minutes' walk away. It overlooks an extremely busy roundabout but fortunately sound-proofing is good. However, opening windows in summer mitigates this and I hate to think of the amount of traffic fumes/pollution that enters the flat when they are open. There is always traffic at all times of the day and night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any issues but there have been some. Communications from the building management company are adequate but some problems have taken time to be addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the projected regeneration of Croydon town centre that was used in the promotional literature for the development wouldn't be happening any time soon. Three years later there is no sign of any Westfield Shopping Centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very lovely area, everyone is so nice and friendly to one another.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how noisy the outside area is! It’s standard but I hadn’t at all expected it :)

What is the best feature of your home:

The view I have from my home is amazing. It’s so lovely being able to relax and feel comfy in my new home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are good. Tram and bus stops are nearby. Ikea and cinema are very close. Croydon town centre is within walking distance (20 minutes) and although it isn't the best, there is a decent range of shops and eateries. BoxPark is fun. Having East Croydon train station on your doorstep is a real bonus for quick access to central London, Gatwick and the south coast. On the downside it is noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't really had much cause to deal with them, so no complaints.

Having Ikea on your doorstep is more useful than you might have imagined.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have all the big shops (Matalan, next, IKEA, TKMax, etc within short walking distances. Corner shops, pizza, Chinese and Indian, carribean food 1-2 minute away, bus stops infront of the building, trams 6mins away and easy access to central london via East Croydon, mitcham Junction or Wimbledon.

That doesn't have central air conditioning

The communal front door. It has been broken into twice and items stolen from the communal postage area.

Locality is good. It is residential area but there are no major super markets near by.
