Convenient location, lots of great shops and cafes. Building is really quiet even though it is next to a main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, took a long time to get issues resolved. Internal garden issues are tricky due to different properties being owned in different ways.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Security do not look after the building as Peabody run it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location could not be better- located perfectly off Upper Street in Islington with great access to public transport, shopping and restaurants. It is set back from upper street so it is not too loud. Overall couldn't ask for a better location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are incredible. The front desk staff are attentive, professional and kind.

How hot and warm the flats got in the summer months and how poor airflow is

The area is amazing overall in terms access to shops, transport and amazing food. Angel has lots of range for everything. The development is just off the street as well so it is pretty quite. If you don't like crowds that around the street tho, that is the only downside when you go out. Because area is popular it is also busy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management and developer is really good but I have to go through housing association for everything, which is Peabody. That itself slows down the process and Peabody being really slow doesn't help

Wish that service charge increase was more manageable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great and secure location - within 10 mins walk of Angel or Highbury & Islington Station. You have a plethora of food and drink destinations on your door step. Although the location is situated just off Upper Street, noise is really well insulated so there is peace and quiet. You also get a parking spot. The property management services are top class and always helpful, even for requests outside their typical remit. Highly recommend. Arranging for guests visiting can be slightly administrative, but this more demonstrates the high level of security.

Yes - always helpful to any questions. Will direct you to the relevant authority where questions sit outside of their remit

The level of security and lack of noise for a development in central london is unparallelled

Great building and location. Excellent staff. Professional and friendly. Great location in Islington.

Very limited storage space available within our flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Better air circulation. It gets quite stuffy as windows are only one side of the flat.
