Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range and quality of restaurants/shops/bars and entertainment is good. Public transport also hood with Harrow on the hill tube station plus lots of busses. Parking is private, bins are always full, stinky and over flowing. No one actually recycles or puts the correct rubbish in the correct bin. Anti-social behaviour including stabbings right next to building. Traffic is not an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded satisfactorily, but these issues should not have existed.

Kind of people living there is not ideal, anti social behaviour, crime ect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very Good range of local shops and local restaurants, local cinema and shopping center, good parking spaces around. Very good transport links, many buses and tube station not too far. Too much crime in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow responses to emails and phone calls, unsatisfactory work

The crime, the condition, the type of residents, noise.

The range of shops is good. There is a Tesco supermarket near the flat. There is also parking for residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a problem with the kitchen hub and it got fixed quickly.

I had already checked the flat before moving in so there was no problem

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

near to schools, super market. hospital good location, nice location for restaurant and train station over all good location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

after many complaing nothing sort same same same broken lifts no lights in corridor

nice cofmertable flat where all basic facilities available
