The transport links are good, Bollo Lane it's quite busy and noisy if you are facing the street. Feels safe but parcels get stolen often.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is not very professional when contacting tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about setting up a heating account, as it took about a day to get hot water.

Happy to live here. Perfect location. Less than 5 mins walk to picadilly/district line. South acton overground is 10 mins walk. I like how close chiswick high street is to enjoy shops and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had problem getting in to the building one time. The customer service rep took my details. That did not happen again, i guess they fixed it!

The agent i had was very informative. Gave me info i needed.

Good is that we have GP closeby, dentist, and a small supermarket Lack of offering such as restaurants, coffee, pub. Very low offering of car parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is very slow in acting.., there have been issues for months and they seem not to manage them properly

Nothing really. I knew everything before moving in.

Lovely development with transport links to three stations within walking distance - Acton Town, South Acton and Chiswick Park. Lots of places to eat/drink and to do on high street within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Badly. See above issue on heating. This should have been dealt with quicker.

Nothing really. I am very happy with how my first 12 months have been.

Close to Piccadilly line, easy to walk to Chiswick and Hammersmith, near a Sainsbury’s and other local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond but only usually after a bit of a delay, could be quicker.

That there is a group chat for all the residents. L&Q should make people aware.
