Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects are that I am very close to a tube station. I work in london, and This is a great plus. Also the coop supermarket is very close which is very convinent the bad point is there are no restaurants nearby. The bin store is directly my bedroom window and every Thursday without fail wakes me up, which is vey annoying. Parking is fine and we don’t see much anti social behaviour. However the house across the street got burgled by a group of people.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eventually they haloed but it took ages to get my problem fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the bin store would have been so close to my bedroom window, as the bin men wake me up every Thursday morning at 7am. Also the car park is very very dusty. I am paying a ton of money on cleaning my car very regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is excellent because of the proximity to Mill Hill East station. Above the coop and near to Waitrose, excellent location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues were raised so far. Additional parking fobs are not available - not happy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing of note. It was a pandemic buy. So everyone did their best.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location for the tube. Waitrose and Virgin gym less than 5 mins walk. The number of shops are otherwise limited and not many restaurants
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responsive team. Has taken quite long to fix some of the issues but things have got done in the end
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Service charge. Keeps on increasing without any actual improvement in the service of the apartments

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic area that is family friendly, quiet and had plenty of green space around. Only trade off for that fresh and air and greenery is the distance to central London (very easy when the tube is functioning fine, but a pain when the northern line is closed for example!)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, very promptly typically responding within a few hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t quite appreciate the quality of leisure facilities around. Barnet Copthall leisure centre feels like a world class leisure centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It goes without saying the transport links are fabulous - tube station on the doorstep and right beside the A1/M1 The essentials available in the area are brilliant - a small Co-op and big Waitrose, as well as the Virgin Active gym. Beyond that, it’s very poor though. No cafes, bars or restaurants on the development is a real shame but will hopefully change soon. It is quiet but street parking is quite limited.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are quite hard to contact. I have been having trouble setting up my online account to manage service charges etc and no one ever picks up the phone in the head office.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The balcony design is really bad. Gaps in the floor mean lots of rain water drips down from the balcony above.
