Good: Fast internet, leafy area, easy to get to M1 Bad: Tube is quite irregular

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have not had to use building management yet so can't comment

Mill Hill East tube is a bit irregular (every 15 min)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We like the playgrounds and the area in general. There are lots of places to walk nearby and it’s quiet. Dislikes the lack of amenities on site at the moment.

That the early morning train would be so busy and it would take so long to get amenities here.

Better visitor parking in the area as this can be tricky at times.

Millbrook Park is such a wonderful area to live in; the greenery is beautiful. It is peaceful and there is a real neighbourhood feel. Likes- the greenery, space, walks, transport links Dislikes- lack of parking, constant building work, lack of amenities so far but this will change.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the building works would have been so noisy at times.

What is the best feature of your home:

My lounge; we get lots of sunlight and it's a nice size.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Likes- - it is quiet and there is green space. Close to local amenities and near lovely walks Dislikes - there could be more frequent trains from MHE station. Some of the communal charges seem high.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mainstay are reliable and can be contacted. They usually respond quickly. Matt Knight is excellent!

That parking is a bit of a problem for visitors- you find a way round it though,

I really like all the greenery. I dislike the parking situation - its really hard to park and there are not many visitor spots. There are too many double yellow lines - so much better to have hours instead as it makes it hard to have people round.
