Shops are near enough but you need a car! The development itself is peaceful just need a few more near by

Very slowly and with great defensive attitude very inexperienced

The whole development and how they plan for existing tenants

Very peaceful lovely common areas with great walking areas very close to heddon and the A69 so either Newcastle or hexham is a breeze to get to

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any contact with them yet so can't comment

I wish I had of know about the large range of developments going on and in the future

Very close to local amenities like corner shop, chip shop, barbers and car garage. Lovely people everywhere

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some, not all. They created an drainage system outside of my front garden, stealing some of my land and leaving it a disgraceful mess

I knew the area but didn't realise that the area is as welcoming as it is

Local supermarket nearby no bars or restaurants. Local bus links no other transport. Parking is limited unless on road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes eventually - going higher up gets faster results

Flooring can be down privately or any other aesthetic work

Living in this area is good, the location is nice but only one road in which is a hill which is not gritted in winter.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned above the snagging was not sorted quick enough.

That we wouldn’t exchange until late afternoon as always seems to be the case on this development.
