Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Over all I'm quite happy with the location of my home. We have good schools, supermarkets and a couple of bars nearby. I like how the estate feels out of the way but still close to amenities. Only 20 minutes drive from Durham and 10-15 from Sunderland although I always opt for Durham which has a beautiful city centre, amazing bars and nightlife!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ok although I do have some that are ongoing but they will get sorted in time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Never underestimate the cost when you move in, flooring, blinds, curtians, the garden needed to be landscaped. It all adds up and I don't think anyone really factors in all of those little costs. The show homes look amazing but the reality is your buying a shell

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Placed in a growth area of Sunderland where there are a lot of executive home developments, so area is fantastic. Very close to Morrisons and Lidl (less than 3 minute drive), Morrisons has a petrol station too. Been here 12 months now and never experienced any anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. Lots of visitor parking available. Our street has fantastic neighbours, we all go for drinks every now and then and we all know each other, very rare to get these days!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any snagging issues have been dealt with promptly and we really can't fault the site management and customer services that have helped us when needed. They will bend over backwards to help you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flower beds that surround the properties have small thorn hedge plants planted. when you move in. We really didn't like them and have replaced them with different plants. Not a deal breaker but good to know.
