Very well located and strategically placed to be able to access all London in no time. Nice apartment with floor to ceiling windows and great panoramic views. Has all the perks like concierge, gym, gardens, parking spaces, parcel collection etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking space is expensive at around £1400 per year (if you want it)

What is the best feature of your home:

Amazing views, plenty of light with floor to ceiling windows throughout and modern open plan. Great bathroom too!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lots of shops and amenities around, box park is just around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Having issues with loud music for months and the management is not doing anything about it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

AC/heater is expensive. And there is only one supplier. Concierge or administration won't help you if you are having issues with loud neighborhood. Council as well won't do anything about it. So have to live with night long parties.

Don't like the amount of litter around Croydon. The Oval is a great pub for music food and a great atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A few ongoing issues that residents are pulling together to try and resolve. Hopefully these will be sorted out.

Some of the fees - service charge and mandatory fees for ventilation etc are on the steep side.

It’s very close to the train station and amenities. It has everything around that I need.

I can’t think of anything that I wish I’d known before.

I would ask for clearer instructions for the AC. This really is all I can say- the flats great at the moment.

Links into London are great . The area is being heavily invested in to try and create more of a community feel. Some Croydon citizens don't look after their town.

The gym is a nice surprise as I didn't I would have access to one.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More storage space would be nice as not so much at the minute.
