Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the local shops, restaurants, and bars are of good quality, offering a decent range of options. There are also a few open spaces nearby, which are great for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are generally convenient, with buses and trains easily accessible, though occasional delays can be frustrating. On the downside, parking on my street can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. Bin collections are consistent, but there’s occasional traffic noise and occasional instances of anti-social behavior.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has responded efficiently to minor issues, usually resolving them quickly. However, for more complex problems, their response can sometimes be slower, with communication gaps about progress or timelines. This can lead to some frustration for residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the occasional noise from nearby traffic, which can be disruptive during peak hours. Additionally, parking availability is more limited than it seemed during the initial viewing, making it difficult to find a spot at certain times. I also would have liked to know more about the frequency of ongoing building maintenance, as this has caused some inconvenience. For new neighbors, I’d suggest asking about these aspects beforehand and considering alternative parking options if you have a car.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is serene, quiet and lovely. Short commute to the city centre and conveniently located to the metro and bus station. You will hear the metro passing but it’s not loud.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, always. Takes some days but gets sorted out. No complains.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really. Every information was given before I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Northumbria house is literally 10 mins walk away from Asda, M&S, gosforth high street which has a lot of options for restaurants and cafes. Regent centre metro and bus station is again 10 mins walk away which connects to the central station of Newcastle, the airport and the city centre. Parking is provided by the management and there are many options to park your car safely. Bin collection is timely and I have not had any anti social behaviour experience. The locality and people who live here are peaceful. Absolutely no traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The issues were resolved Within a few days. The management were prompt with their responses
