Nothing around, boring, 15 min walk to tubes/overground, noise outside wasn’t to bad when you live high up, bit dangerous walking in the night because streets are empty

Area not good, we were told there would be another shop below and gym

What is the best feature of your home:

Looks nice and the furniture was cheap but looked not bad at all

It is pretty central and close-ish to 2 tube stations. However, there are just a few commodities around (not a lot of shops, barbers, etc.)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

N/A. They were very open during the process. I would just add that was not expecting people would be so dirty in the communal areas.

What is the best feature of your home:

Isolation of the heat. The brightness that the big windows provide

-Good transport links +clean area +fast management response for repairs +private parking -energy prices are sky high -heating prices are disgusting

I wish I was given the correct information when I asked about heating and electricity costs

Modern and clean, good management team, private parking

I love Oaklands rise. Those who manage the development are very attentive and the area is always very clean. The only thing I would change is transport accessibility but this isn’t a big issue. The local shop for us is simply fresh, again they are great. The small shop has absolutely everything inside and those who run it are lovely.

- no gym within the development - I was unaware of the great cafe

What is the best feature of your home:

I love everything about my home. Its modern design is beautiful and the furnishing within the property is lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve been te here years in this development but still without tenants on the retail shops Is a shame that this spaces are not in use as this would increase the value of the building

Parking situation and hot water issues. Heating price is now sky rocket

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the flat is really welcoming and well finished
