Righ on the high street so range is good public Parking is minimal although treaty centre has paid parking

Responded but no resolution - Electric car parking, communal area restoration

Rrange and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces like - 7/10 Convenience and availability of transport links - 8/10 Living on your street like e.g. parking availability 3/10, bin collections3/10, anti-social behaviour & traffic noise - next to a club, so weekends are VERY LOUD

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stolen package - 4 months and no response from management Mattress given way - told to pay for replacement or wait 5 years. Electric vehical charging point - asked since 3 years no response

No Electric vehical charging point on premises. None further

Good aspects of living in One Lampton is that the building is close to everything, supermarkets, clothes stores, cafes, etc.., i can do everything by walk. The bad aspects is more about cleaning in the area, people does not respect, and make the area dirty all the time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is always very quick.. the time we have issue, i call or send msg and as soon as possible they sort it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had more information about electricity. I spend too much money with one supplier but i didn’t know that i could swap suppliers

The area is very dangerous and very dirty. The transport links are good, but be aware of picadilly line unreliability on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow. And if there's a water issue during the night you'll have to wait for the morning

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Abusive conditions for renewal of rent and impossible to contacted management.

Fantasticly managed however on recent times the area has become surrounded by very uncivilised people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well so far, Gordon does a fantastic job whenever called upon and always does it with a smile on his face.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lift breaks often. Makes it difficult after a long hard day but I guess we can all use the steps.
