Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

They've used the cheapest materials and they refuse to fix anything, particularly for the poor doors. At the moment the heat and hot water has been off for two days in shared ownership flats. Many of us are having to shower in our gyms or leave altogether since it's so cold. The bike storage facility has also been inaccessible for months because of dangerous risk for broken glass falling, and they don't do anything to try and help and in fact treat you like a criminal if you keep calling them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That when you raise an issue or a complaint you're met with hostility and nothing happens to fix it. That the hot water and heat would go off in the coldest part of winter and we wouldn't even get a notification about it.

What is the best feature of your home:

It had potential but the lack of service makes it very depressing to live here.

Really good location, close to Vauxhall, nine elms and Battersea power station tunes stations. Walking distance from the river and good communications. In front of EEUU embassy. Walking distance from Battersea park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very bad customer service, let us clear that we are second class owners

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Is a segregated development make you fell like second class people and charge us a very expensive service charge and we can’t access to any service.

The area is amazing and has a real community feel. It feels very spacious and not at all closed-in on itself, which is great at the moment. You're 0.4 miles from Vauxhall, 5 minutes to the river and there are hundreds of news bar and restaurants for when restrictions lift

Very expensive local restaurants, bars and cafes. Little variety unless you want to go to places where you are charged a compulsory service charge for water and a coffee. Location and transport links are excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I had known that the developer and property manager would do their best not to engage with residents then I wouldn't have bought the property. Secondly, I wouldn't even be able to sell because Ballymore haven't done the ESW1 (cladding) form.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location - fantastic and will only get better as the Nine Elms regeneration scheme continues.

It is close to the tube and train station and central London. there are supermarkets restaurants and coffee shops around.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is not a community what we expected. Happy with the neighbour in our building. But unfortunately council apartment next door are making some much noises, throwing rocks from roof terrace to downstairs. There were police couple of times at next-door building. The day we visited the property to buy there were no trains so we have been told it won't be that nosy because of the windows. But double glaze is not. working the trains are running every couple of minutes until midnight.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Management Company and Service Charge. Very poor management in all aspects. Windows cleaned only twice in 2 years. The building hasn't been cleaned for 1 year. this year, they should clean every week but they are not cleaning.
