The area in which I live is well situated I'm close to shops, stations & bus routes which are all in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far it has been good. I've had all my repairs done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is the lack of wall sockets in the dining room. And outside socket.

There are a lot of shops nearby and a lot of activities for young people. Couple of gyms, pitches and parks nearby.

it is a nice house so everything lived up to my expectations

It is very clean, 10 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes to the train station, easy access for getting around. You go to the end of the road to take the bus. Safe area during the night too.

I was expecting a ground floor flat but they put me on the first floor.

Well connected to transport. Tesco and Co-op are around the corner. I feel very safe living in the area.

I wish I knew about the quality of the flat construction!

Unnecesary people coming here, we don't have good security and people smokes weed in the park we have in the central area all the time. Anways, the area in general is beautiful. Good services and transport nearby.

The lack of security and people that doesn't live here coming to smoke weed.
