The locality is very good with ample of stores for daily groceries and needs . The building is close to the high street so easy access to all the shops . The nearest tube stop is 5 mins away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once you raised a concern , you will get a standard response and usually it take weeks of time to get further updates .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My main concern is the elevators, which frequently break down and have recurring issues. They often make unusual, unsettling noises, making it distressing for a family to use them.

There’s a lot left to be desired of ilford, lots of antisocial behaviour and litter everywhere. However all the shops and everything as such is close by. The rent however is becoming extortionate by the heat especially for a place like ilford!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs within the flat are one thing that is very good.

How often the lifts seem to break down and a lengthy time to resolve it. Often have to walk 18 flights of stairs on such occasions

Perhaps the worst thing lately is the rent price! It has gone considerably since when we moved in 3 years ago and considering it is ilford it should be lower.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we had an issue with our washing machine, we had a brand new one fitted in.

That the rent would keep increasing by such amounts on a yearly basis

We really like the fact that everything is at your doorstep. There’s a nice mall nearby with plenty of stores and station is also near

We have had no issues so cannot comment on the repair process

The annual rent prices should be kept stagnant as they are becoming unaffordable

The ilford station which had the Elizabeth line is a big bonus as it connects us straight to central London very quickly!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any issues however the lifts do break often

Since the building is made of glass, it traps heat a bit too well especially in summer, making it very hot
