Bad things need more supermarkets near by Tesco sainsberries also park for children would be good everything Eles about the area is great really happy in this location best location iv lived in safe and lovely property clean and well maintained

Wish I new about how smart everything this is was really happy to no you can set the hearting on your phone very smart as we living in 2022 so many things like boost switch when you taking and shower or doing the ironing you can take the humidity out with a click on a bottom

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nive area, lacks supermarkets but is very central and not too busy. Building work is unfortunately 6 days a week.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I still have snagging issues after 6 months. Issues have been closed without being attended to. I had to go on twittwr to get issues reopened. Taylor Wimpey go back on their word too: they say they will fix something then they say it is acceptable and close the issue without having dealt with it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew they do not care once the sale is completed, that they have poor work ethics and do not take responsibility for poor workmanship and damaged and poor quality materials being used
