Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located in cultural quarter of the city, it is within walking distance of the theatre and cinema. Nearby you can find the shopping centre and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Within walking distance of the train station and bus station. The downside is during the weekend the street can get really loud with the sounds of people leaving the city centre after a night out, this also leads to dirty streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building has different apps where issues have been reported. Building management is usually very effective in solving the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I would suggest is, if you have the option, chose a flat that does not have a window pointing to the main street as this can get very loud during the weekend nights.

I love live where I live, the team are fantastic, no problem is too small and the Manager Kesh is the most wonderful !!!! I have had a few issue and she and the team are on it and always approachable!!!! They treat you like family not as residents!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quickly and efficiently and no quibbles and no problem is too big nor too small

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rent was going to raise year on year and knowing this I think I’d still of rented

It's lovely living here :) you're so close to everything including the city centre, local shops, activities, the train station. It is great for any young professionals or even those eith families. The reception/management staff have always been amazing and so kind to all residents. The only issue about living here is the potential for noise and anti social behaviour since the apartment complex is city centre based. Other than that, everything is great :) I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Laurie has been been helping me with some issues I have been having and he has been a star.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How busy the Curve is! It can be a little noisy at night when an event is on, but this usually because a blur in the background once you get used to it.

Central to everything, walking distance so easy to get to places all over Leicester! Parking is great and is good value for money, the street is quiet and the residents are all respectful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great response to maintenance requests and questions are answered quickly and professionally.

The location of this building is fantastic, it’s accessible and central . It’s a couple of minutes walk from the train station and the city centre it’s ideal specially if you don’t have a car. You really can get to anywhere in a matter of minutes. I prefer to stay positive however I have experienced several incidents of antisocial behaviour as a resident and tenant and I have observed homeless people trying to steal property on a multiple occasions. There are a range of socioeconomic issues that will contribute to this hit for a property that markets itself as luxury I think this really does need to be addressed. I understand that the building has been raided several times and as a single person living in the property I don’t always feel safe here. My car has also been broken into twice since the duration of my tenancy, which is unacceptable, because many cars here have been broken into and it’s not really acceptable to be honest. The bin collection process is fine, the staff member works so hard to keep the bins at a level however sometimes the residence rather than putting their bin bags in the bin, they will leave it on the floor, which is strange .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly, not taken personally just think there are things that need a more radical approach

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

this place has cockroaches, and people have drawn over the corridor walls, there is nothing luxurious about the building - I have lived in some beautiful places but this, the hygiene & responsiveness ain’t it. I could say more but think carefully before you move in. Only advantage for me is it’s location and that you can have pets but tbf I don’t even like my dogs here, people leave bins out with food & naapplies yuck!
