The construction of these developments is very poor. Fire guidelines have been ignored and the cladding is flammable. My advice is DO NOT buy property from Fairview. They cut corners in construction which could be life threatening.

Likes: - Close to Colindale station and quick access to cafe’s/shops/ Gym. - Private children’s park. - Community hall available to hire for residents. Dislikes: - Very few visitor’s parking available on site.

- I would make it an open plan kitchen. - Tile the bathrooms fully.

I like all the amenities, it is starting to become quite become quite social.

I like the fact there is lots of new shops and restaurants that opened recently. Lots of redevelopment in the area
