Local area is in a stage of major redevelopment - lots of new openings popping up Great transport links

Building management can be lax

It helps massively that the development is situated literally on top of East Croydon Station. The stairs to the station are 10m from the front door. The station is so well connected, serving London Bridge in 12 mins, Victoria in 16, Farringdon/City Thameslink/St Pancras in 20-25 mins, Gatwick in 15 mins, and the majority of the South Coast/ North London peripheries directly. There is clearly a lot of money being pumped into the area at the moment, as it is undergoing a great transition and there are new developments/eateries popping up left, right and centre. Boxpark is a great place to go for some food or drinks, however the entire surrounding area has many restaurants and bars. It is also a massive bonus to have two decently sized shopping centres within a 10 minute walk.

The building management isn't great... There isn't a great deal of order with packages that are delivered at the weekend, and midweek performance is inconsistent. Also seems to take quite a while to get requests processed with the building management company.

Local area is up and coming. Excellent transport links to central London (12 mins). Lovely spread of shops and local amenities.

Parking can be difficult but it is available if you look in the right places.

Easy access to train and very good food options. Although apart from that you are pretty far away from everything... pubs and bars etc.
