Living at Pinnacle Apartments in Croydon is great. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. East Croydon Station is just a short walk, offering quick access to central London and Gatwick. Transport links are excellent with frequent trams and buses. Nearby green spaces like Wandle Park add a nice touch, making the area both vibrant and well-connected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that parking can be a bit challenging, especially during peak times. Additionally, while transport links are excellent, the nearby area can be quite busy and noisy during rush hour, something to consider if you prefer a quieter environment.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the stunning city views from the spacious, modern apartment, which create a bright and open atmosphere.

Me 6 years old daughter she see first the drone to our window and we ignore,in next couple of month I notice flashing from camera how is do pictures & recording,couple of days ago I notice the drone how is checking from up to down and he stop were he see something for what he looking to record,I send couple of emails to management and prove how he spy on any neighbors live in pinnacle ,and he stop were he see what is looking for in that day ( I worry becouee he insisting special on my daughter and she is only 6 years) management he don’t care to do something to protect our privacy and family ,kids , I send him 2 emails ,he don’t answer back to me complain,I call the police and I let them know someone who live same to saffrons Squer he use the drone to record and basically he done close of the window around 2-4 m ,and he use a expensive drone and he have pro4k camera with sensors and is hard to couch,and I buy a application on my phone $39 and when he close of me window the phone send me notification and I will uploading some pictures of the website home let me ,and management he don’t care becouee he not live with families or kids to saffron Squer to be recorded and I don’t understand ,manager he need to be responsible for tenants and part of his job is to maintain and fix problems from people live in ,he have his own team to collaborate and to keeping our safety and privacy private ! !!! Very very disappointed for management the way ignore from 6-8 months and just i fill sorry for that time to know home many neighbors wass record without them to know …….,

He ignored and he pretended doing something else …!

I move in for the view and to enjoy the sky view,unfortunately to the day when I see drone doing pictures to me daughter and she is just 6 years old

Range and offer in shops locally is great, especially as we have whitgiff and central nearby. However I do miss places with terraces or seating outside. Boxpark is good but often too crowded and always on weekends afternoon quite loud. Traffic is quite high as we live next to the main road but speed limits are in place and little accidents happen which is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t raised any issues so far as all were resolved, even the icy floor I mentioned above.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We are quite happy with all neighbours and feeling lucky. Because noise can easily travel through walls. But had no problems so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very accessible to local amenities in the Northend and the travel terminus - say into central London - especially if you don't use a car like me. I can get into Kingscross on Thameslink in 35 minutes.I work locally so save a packet on work related travel cost. It can get very windy at Saffron Square but a welcome breeze in Summer time that blows strong toward the South West side and the Sun shines into tall rise windows from noon to dusk like a sun lounge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ask to know the Housing Association etc.that oversees your blocks' maintenance - if you are going the Share Ownership route;check their own warranty and any cost extras beyond the builders' NHBC 10 year structural warranty. And check your Service charges and be Aware of the cost and the lease if you are Buying. You pay a variables Service charge.

What is the best feature of your home:

The rooms are very air tight.You get a built certificate for that,so keeps the heat in and noise out compare to old houses. High rise double glazing windows from toe to ceiling is perfect for all year day time lighting. Windows that open outwards from the bottom so you can peak and look out.. All the Flats' door frames are just perfectly crafted in satin wood white finish; I have seen some other bad joint cracks and poorly hinged doors but not with the Berkeley builds. Very secure no busking at your door by unsolicited callers.
