I had an amazing stay at Arches Apartment in the heart of Leicester. The location couldn't be any better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped me when i needed help. It was nice of them

That it is going to be cold, but I loved it anyway.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This location is very near to Leicester city centre. Very close to Castle Mead Academy secondary school, St.Margeret's Bus station, High cross shopping centre, Tesco super store, etc.,Easy access to parks, lakes, leisure centre, public transport and many more entertainment options. Very safe and lovely neighbourhood especially for families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management addresses our major issues very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please check if the apartment offers designated parking space and is there any additional charges for parking. Because parking spaces here are in first come first serve basis.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's been 3 years since we have been living at The Arches. A peaceful area to live in, with no traffic noise. Parking can be difficult if you don't get a slot in the resident's parking, but there are many options nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

when there is any issue, they respond quickly and resolve it in no time.

Nothing I could think of, everything is good here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best things in location is that you got city center near around 5min walk, and bus station not to far up to 10 minutes walk. You got park around 2 minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems I had was fast and nicely fixed every I asked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish to know about this place earlier so I would rent a flat in this building earlier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location that is super close to the city centre, making it easy to walk to most destinations. Lots of transport nearby, including bus stops and the bus station. Lovely restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had an issue with my fridge and they responded quickly and offered to replace it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't realize how convenient it would be to work from home here, with the fast wifi and all the office spaces to work in the building.
