I had an amazing stay at Arches Apartment in the heart of Leicester. The location couldn't be any better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped me when i needed help. It was nice of them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it is going to be cold, but I loved it anyway.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, it is very close to the city centre however far enough that the area is quiet and peaceful. There’s plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs walking distance from the apartment building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There are always people available in the office during the week to help with anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how easy and convenient it would be to move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: close to the shops, close to city centre so easy to get home after a day/night out! Easy to get to the supermarkets. Bad: students can be noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very swiftly and efficiently, Craig from maintenance always gives great service and always happy to help. Abbie is super helpful also, and so kind, going above and beyond to ensure the resident experience is as best as it could be.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing that came unexpected to me - all had been explained to me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The noise from the student building next door can be problematic at times, but noise can be an issue anywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, all of the issues I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The student building next door can be very noisy and loud.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very quiet, with a convenience store only a few steps away. If you want anything more specific you’ll need to go to the centre- but that’s only 15 minute walk away! The location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre but without the noise and bustle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been friendly, understanding and efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good thing- how easy it is to get help if it’s needed. It almost feels like I’m living in a hotel. Bad (sorta ?)- they make use of key cards so I’m always a bit worried if loosing it more than a key.
