Quite a lot of ASB around the development, the location itself is quite good for the tube with the picadilly line nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No the customer service is unacceptable and do not fix the issues they are supposed to within the 2 years warranty

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished I had more research on the developer itself

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of amenities nearby. Easy to reach transport (tube and train at your doorstep) but not the cleanest area in the world.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly... And the price you pay or service charges doesn't reflect what you get in return - typical.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How dirty the adjacent alley can be at times and how inefficient the Hounslow conuncil is to fix thnings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is 10 min walk from the main amenities in Hounslow (restaurants, stores, cinema, shopping centres). Also less than 10 min from the tube station and the bus station. The area is very quiet and far from car traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The previous management was not very quick in fixing issues or responding. There were some issues we, as a community, had raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had done my research fully and the pre sales people helped me filling minor gaps. I am very happy with my purchase.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to public transport, good choice of restaurants to choose from but would not walk down the alleyway when it is dark as a lot of drug dealers etc and unsafe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have taken their time to respond but seems to get done

How many of the flats went to social housing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area where the development is is very quiet and close to a small park. The Hounslow area in general is going to improve and develop hopefully with more shops, markets and restaurants in the short term.

I asked all the necessary questions and these were provided to me so I was well aware.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would change the terrace wall, adding transparent or blurred glass.
