Great top top building I once it too much love allot

Great quality and best offer like it from inside and out side

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the neighbourhood as I feel safe around. The only issue is being not very close to any tube station which makes the commute not easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They send updates quite frequently which is good and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that I can't control my energy provider.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the high ceilings and the view of have over the landscape of the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are really happy that we purchased our 2 bed/2bathroom flat in 2010. We look over the central communal areas which have been totally transformed recently and have beautiful gardens and lawns. Our view towards the west is great. We see the planes go into LHR but don't hear them. The ceilings here are very high, we have large windows and a balcony and the layout is excellent. It is also very quiet at night. We have had problems with our management but they are working hard with us at present and making improvements. We love our multi national/multi cultural community and Community spirit is strong.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the early days, they were slow to react. In recent months , a lot is happening and improving.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

12 years ago, we would have preferred to have known more about the developer and management. However, we now see the improvements and better communication.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

likes serene safe good transport links many shops nesrby many parks it is well lit a night dislikes noisy at night security is poor and always problems with the lifts

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i had known there would be limited parking for vistors and myself

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

i wish i could add windows into my bathrooms and kitchen

I really like how it is safe area. I do not like that there is no parking spaces

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there would be no parking, as this would have prepared me in advance.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the kitchen and living room layout which is very nice
