The Gessner is just a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale station which will get you to Victoria within 15 minutes or so, it's a great location. It is also close to Walthamstow Wetlands which is great for going for walks, especially in the summer!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are super responsive and quick. Whenever we had issues (not many) they were always resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to say here, it has been great. You will love the space and area. There are also free tennis courts just behind the corner in the park.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really good, close to a station and loads of shops. There’s also a coffee shop downstairs of our building which is really convenient. It can be a bit rough as it is Tottenham, with phone snatching and homeless by the local station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Imran, Kitti, Alex and benedek are my main go to’s at Gessner. They’re always so helpful and polite and friendly. Imran especially has gone above and beyond to solve my queries at Gessner and since Benedek has joined, he has also been really helpful. The team is an A team!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven’t quite figured out the maintenance service, there’s a few things I’d need touching up in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the proximity of everything: there are tons of grocery stores (ASDA, Tesco, Lidl - you name it). Transport accessibility is wonderful: just 17 mins to Liverpool Street and only 15 mins to King's Cross. Even though Victoria line is not a pleasant Tube line it is still pretty convenient. I do not like Haringey attitude in terms of litter: it is everywhere and I'm extremely disgusted with it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Managers respond to problems quite fast and are able to address issues asap.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I with I would have an idea of how much I would like this place and would like to stay for longer.

Not a lot of restaurants & shops but the area is growing so I expect a lot more to come up in future

The quality of shops is ok, not many shops to shop in, but I like the area and it’s getting better, hopefully there will be more shops opening soon.

They are very good at responding whenever we have an issue or problems in the flat.
