Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Gessner is just a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale station which will get you to Victoria within 15 minutes or so, it's a great location. It is also close to Walthamstow Wetlands which is great for going for walks, especially in the summer!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are super responsive and quick. Whenever we had issues (not many) they were always resolved promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to say here, it has been great. You will love the space and area. There are also free tennis courts just behind the corner in the park.

I've lived here for a few months now and the staff are all superb and make you feel welcome! The place is kept very clean and overall very organised and a pleasant place to live. I've met some of the team, Imran, Kitti and Ben who are all superb and go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued resident

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

N/A thankfully nothing has gone wrong but I trust they will react swiftly.

The overall benefits of the building. The perks etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super convinient and the Hale village is very close with Tesco and Asda. The retail plaza is also very good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast and super responsive to all queries. I have been extremely pleased with yhe service

To move in earlier as the flat is so nice and really recommend this place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is developing but still lacking restaurants, casual places to eat and shop like Waitrose would be excellent addition to the building itself. There’s no nice grocery store in the nearby area. Connection links are very good however the train station can be very busy in the morning. There are homeless people outside of the station which is painful to see. There’s also people stealing phones on scooters etc. Trafić noise from the street in the summer is pretty bad. The park behind the building is getting renovated which is promising but there isn’t many nice places in the area to go to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They can be a bit slow but you can almost always come downstairs and speak to someone in person.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I feel like I was provided all of the information that I needed. Something you wouldn’t know otherwise is that longevity paid off for me as I was able to be eligible for a promotion offer and got a discount on my rent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really good, close to a station and loads of shops. There’s also a coffee shop downstairs of our building which is really convenient. It can be a bit rough as it is Tottenham, with phone snatching and homeless by the local station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Imran, Kitti, Alex and benedek are my main go to’s at Gessner. They’re always so helpful and polite and friendly. Imran especially has gone above and beyond to solve my queries at Gessner and since Benedek has joined, he has also been really helpful. The team is an A team!

I haven’t quite figured out the maintenance service, there’s a few things I’d need touching up in the flat.
