Greenford Quay is a convenient as it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Greenford station which connects to different places in London easily. Besides that, the Westway Retail park is within minutes walk. There are wide varieties of shops, such as Tk Maxx, Next, Lidl, M & S food, Boots, as well as restaurants, McDonald's, Nando's, and cafes, to satisfy all your daily needs. A bus which connect Greenford to Heathrow Airport is certainly a bonus for people to travel aboard.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The hot water supply in Glassworks Court was stopped was stopped two weeks ago. It has asked engineer to look for the problem and fixed the problem in 24 hours.

As a new comer to London, I really appreciate the support from the staffs here as they will try to help and answer all our queries.

I came to view Glassworks Court in July 2024 for a visit and put down a deposit immediately. I have since moved in and cannot express my gratitude enough to Tufayl Ahmed who has helped me and my family from the start to secure my dream apartment. I absolutely love living at Glassworks, it’s new, clean and stylish. The staff are super lovely and respectful and go over and beyond to help the residence. We have amazing facilities on site and the whole package is worth every penny, I wish I did this years ago. If you want a stress free experience and live is a beautiful place with a stunning view, then contact Tufayl Ahmed, who is exceptional at his job and a great credit to his team. Thank you

The service is great no issues currently. People are always nice and happy to help anytime.

I wish I knew about this project sooner I would have moved years ago.

greenford is lovely! Nothing bad to say really. Loads of shopping centre and places to buy groceries. Close to the tube and to the train. Easy access for drivers too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We love our new flat! Carlos was awesome on the viewing day and move in day, and has been super helpful since moving in. Thanks so much!

Maybe best to get a car in order to drive to local areas with ease.

I really enjoy the local area—it’s vibrant, convenient, and has everything you need close by. It’s a great place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management here is exceptional. They are professional, responsive, and always ensure that everything runs smoothly. Any concerns are addressed promptly, and their commitment to maintaining the building is evident. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and satisfaction. Highly recommend

I would just talk about the parking space that is far from the appartment

Greenford Quay is an up-and-coming area with Glassworks being the latest addition. There is a Retail Park nearby with a good selection of stores, and a well stocked co-op on site. This development strides a peaceful canal and the canal path leads into a large scenic park with a generous wooded area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues are reported and updated via an app for the development. Some delays in getting responses but management and concierge are always on-site so it is easy to approach them directly for any escalation.

Good: Location, amenities, there is a positive energy from landlord and management to foster a community spirit Bad: Limited parking, visitor parking is expensive
