I recently stayed at Charles Hope Apartments and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The location in Greenford is convenient, just a 7-minute walk to the underground. There are also shops nearby and a Starbucks for a morning coffee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Glasswork Court management was great services given.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The closed free parking is 7 minutes walk, not many spaces available, the parking in the building is £15 per night.

The quality of life in this area is very good, and the people are really friendly. There are also many markets in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional in addressing any issues. They handle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure that concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Their communication is clear, and they strive to maintain a high standard of service for residents. Also the stay is enjoyable , especially Krishna.

The building management is very responsive, which is a great plus!.

Good amount of shops around. Parking available for a fee. Co-op, and two coffee shops on your door step. Gym in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Had an issue with our toilet lid and it got resolved on the same day.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was great to be honest

Cigarettes on the ground at the side entrances (glassworks). Too less parking space. Weight drops in gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good reaction time. Respectfully. When we write directly to the staff everything is fine but when we use the resident portal the reaction in maintenance belongings are poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

For foreigners it is complicated to understand how the system works. Especially the research of a provider for internet, water, warm water and energy. Everything is separately. The data protection in UK is a big problem. Every provider knows everything from its customers. Etc

Good position to commute and good quiet zone to live. Easy to reach anything I need, like groceries or doctors

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can always ask for help but I feel I need to ask a lot for maintenance, as there is no time schedule booked, but usually they come knocking at my door during the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not in particular. The first day they describe everything and I didn't find anything missing in any descriptions.
