Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, schools and a great pub. Public transport links really close by too, and easy access to roads out of town for commuting. Loads of parking space, bit of a nuisance getting people parking in the street on football days but overall not too bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any concerns or issues - everything is fine.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can’t think of anything other than the daft football fans use the street as parking during home games which is a bit annoying

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Most things are great, there's a shop across the road and a Sainsbury's daily down the road with a morrisons about 5 minutes walk away. A very nice pub very close to the area. About a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The area isn't the best, there was a lot of anti social activity a while ago with people running around the area and police pushing them back up towards our area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues so far, but I'm assuming they would be quick to act if we did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check out the area before you decide on moving in, if you have kids I imagine you'd want to make sure the area is safe.

Very quick response time as stated above faulty cooker replaced 2days later

Nothing is too much trouble the only fault in my street is parking but the next street has plenty of parking bays around the green

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s close to many transport links which is really convenient but the area is so bad! There’s a pub on the development that caused constant noise and nuisance. There’s properties are also often damaged on the outside by people in the area. For example. WiFi boxes and outdoor lights/ ring doorbells are constantly ripped off and stolen around here. The lights across the green were also smashed and the trees keep getting pulled out. I want to leave because of all this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some maintenance issues I have had were promptly and effectively dealt with. Others on the other hand take a really long time for anything to be done. I’ve lived in two Placefirst properties and the first one I had to fight for 3 months to have my carpet replaced as they were smelly and urine soaked from the previous tenants dog. There was also a huge rat problem that was an ongoing issue before I moved in that I was not informed of. It took almost a year to get my house in decent condition by which point I was moving out. Thankfully this house is better but still issues as above.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The pub would be such a nightmare! The rent would go up every year, the antisocial behaviour in the area and the unusually thin walls.

Local shops are within walking distance and I am close to my place of work. Parking is a little dicey as lots of people park on the street

Aside from schedule differences, I’ve had my queries dealt with promptly.
