The area il be honest on first impressions isn't the prettiest however I was pleasantly surprised as after you get to know the area in a short walk you have some amazing parks, loads of shops and restaurants and having a direct link to London in under 13 minutes means you never too far away from the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time I have had a issue I've raised this on the app they have and the next day normally I am contacted to book a date to get it repaired/actioned.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is a nightmare, lucky for me I don't drive but when having friends/family visit there is only disabled parking onsite so something to be aware of.

While the area isn't my favourite, it's convenient with a decent range of shops and supermarkets nearby. The train station is only 4 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I submitted a support ticket through the app, and it was resolved within 24 hours. The process was incredibly efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Give this place a try! While I’m not crazy about the area, this is by far the best co-living space I’ve visited, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience so far.

There are plenty of stores available nearby, there is a 24 hour shop available a 3 minute walk from the building, there is also Harrow and Wealdstone station a 4 minute walk from the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff are always quick to respond and will always help with any issues as soon as possible

I wish I'd known about the building earlier as I'd have moved in sooner

Good Aspects - Many stores at a walkable distance (e.g- Asda, Tesco, Lild) 3 mins walkable distance to the Harrow Station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I did have were addressed in a matter of 1-2 days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Laundry facilities onsite are not great and expensive but these are run by another company so there isn't to much the site can do about this.

Local area is perfect, you have some nearby shops for the basics you need and just a little bit further are some incredible parks for getting out and about. There is a run club here which is great and together going around these areas as a group definitely makes me feel safer to run.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes always helpful and try to sorted out problem inside the studio and around the building very fast

Hi Abby I must say we do love a all 5 star review ! with our incredible co-working space onsite this allows you a place away from your studio to focus on work without the expense of travelling to and fro London. However as you know when you do need to go into the city having Harrow and Wealdstone station around the corner allows you to get to Euston in under 13 minutes !
