There is a close proximity to a large number of local stores with a variety of country specific options around. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the station and is surrounded by more than 8 bus stops within 5 minutes walkable distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and responsive team. They were always available to listen and take necessary actions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, the viewing wa so informative and the team explained each and every process clearly.

Its all positive aspect. Its an absolutely beautiful place to live with station just a 3 min walk and this building also has many facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they take this seriously and respond to the problems and also fix them on time

I knew almost everything and its perfect. I love the social gathering events.

On the positive side, it's well-connected, with good transport links, including buses and train .Overall, it’s a vibrant and convenient place to live, though the rising costs can be a challenge

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

fast response very convenient response staff is really accomodating

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

a better lift service and clean lifts I wasn't fully aware of the occasional lift maintenance issues, which can be inconvenient during busy times.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects will be that everything you need you will find nearby, from shops, restaurants and underground station 3 min walk. Bad aspects is that is very close to motorway , and always a bit crowded. Noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had small problems in our flat and they hardly fixed it . It hasn’t been something major only few but they responded really hard about it .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they wouldn’t clean the flat before we moved in . And that they will have poor management .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The house is great, just 2 mins walk from the station. One stop shop is 2 mins walk, sainsbury is a 3 mins walk. Location wise its great. All big shops are within a 5 mins walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This is the only thing which is lacking. House is great, facilities are amazing, repairs and maintenance is a nightmare

Should have known that things can take a lot of time in getting repaired.
