Very good location, close to tube station. Only issues with local stores suppliers which are sometimes noisy early morning

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually responding within 1-2 days but sometimes take longer if issue not raised by email

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Higher floors are more bright as surrounded building doesn't block sunlight especially during winter

Great location and amenities, lovely on site personnel, and good ratio of quality and price. Lived here for some time and like it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and quick, all problems were solved rapidly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Accessibility to the center is very smooth being on top of the tube station. 2 supermarkets right under home but lack of other amenities like bars and pubs, only few of them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I personally did not have problems in my apartment but other residents had and waited for months before something was fixed

Being aware of the lack of responsiveness by the management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is very good, tube 30 seconds away. Sainsburys local in the building and Tesco express across the road. Unfortunately no restaurants nearby. No car, so don't worry about parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reception responds fast, but takes time for building management to attend to the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Traffic noise and student houses next door. No pubs or restaurants close by.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Proximity to North Acton Central line for commuting and there is a Tesco and Sainsbury's downstairs. That's about it. Bad: The building is depreciating very fast, the rent goes up every year like crazy while perks get taken away and getting fixes done in the flat takes months or even years. It's always noisy from any direction - busy road, central line, HS2 construction and new residential developments all-around. Air quality is terrible because of all the construction and A40 nearby - balconies are covered in this black sticky dust that also gets into the flat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As above, always takes much more than it should. If I don't chase 10 times, nothing gets done.

That the building falls withing the Low Car Development Scheme and as such no one in the building is allowed to get a permit to park in the local area. There is parking downstairs, with 10 parking spots (for 170 flats), costs £200/m and there is waiting list for it which I signed up for 2 years ago and have not been given it yet.
