Paradise!

Emma (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are incredible!!! I wasn’t able to get a parking permit but have unlimited access to visitor permits which are just £5 a day, which works out as much cheaper than other parking options in London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jinia has always been immediately on hand to help with any issues and queries and is endlessly patient, knowledgeable and supportive! So grateful to have her in the building :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that we don’t qualify for parking permits!! But I’m grateful that with the support of management, I’ve been able to resolve my parking challenges.

Lifestyle Living at The Sessile

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Sessile is conveniently located less than a five minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station, connecting both the underground and National Rail, as well as the bus stop. The area offers beautiful parks, reservoirs and wetlands, just minutes away. There is a large retail park offering supermarkets, home goods, a pharmacy, pet store and fast food. Although Tottenham Hale town center is a 10 minute walk from The Sessile, it would be nice to have more cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We can see the area is developing quickly and are quite sure these will soon arrive. We love the fact there is a pub across the street and a yoga studio in the adjacent building. Two great additions to the immediate neighborhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had a few maintenance issues which were repairs in time, although not immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there was free and available parking for guests.

The best apartment building in london

Álvaro B (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Nov 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is perfect, the Victoria line is empty at the station in both direction even in rush hour. Shops are opening every month, supermarkets 3mins away. The views from the building are great since there isn’t any other big buildings nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once we have a leaking pipe that ruined a bit the painting of the wall. The maintenance team fixed in 2days (Friday Saturday). They even repainted the wall.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gym + coworking + station + great design. This building has it all.

Luxury Living with Excellent Amenities and Design

Jasmin A (Tenant)

Nov 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Sessile offers a high-quality, luxurious living experience in a modern, well-maintained building. The apartments are beautifully designed with premium finishes, and the amenities are extensive and impressive, including a gym, communal lounges, and concierge services. Positives: • Local Shops, Restaurants, and Bars: The area has a wide range of upscale shops, boutiques, and renowned restaurants, making it convenient to dine out or shop without traveling far. There are also several cozy cafes nearby that are perfect for relaxing or working remotely. • Open Spaces: There are green spaces and parks within walking distance, ideal for a morning jog or a leisurely stroll. • Transport Links: The Sessile is well-connected, with multiple tube stations and bus routes nearby, providing easy access to central London. Negatives: • Traffic Noise: Some nearby roads can be busy, especially during peak hours, which can lead to occasional noise. • Parking: Limited on-street parking options may be an inconvenience for residents with cars. • Bin Collection: Though regular, bin collection schedules could be improved for convenience. Overall, living at The Sessile combines modern comfort and a prime location, despite minor inconveniences.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally been responsive, but there have been times when I’ve had to follow up multiple times to address issues. For instance, I’ve had to remind them about cleaning in certain areas and ask them to turn off lights that remain on unnecessarily. These small issues can be a bit frustrating, as it sometimes feels like they aren’t addressed promptly without reminders. While they are ultimately attentive, the process can be a bit complicated and require persistence.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the limited availability of on-street parking around The Sessile. For residents with cars, finding parking can be challenging, especially during peak hours. Additionally, while the building is generally quiet, occasional traffic noise from nearby roads can be noticeable. Knowing these factors in advance would have been helpful in planning for a smoother transition.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly, there is an easy ticket system for any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
