Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cotswold House flats are in a great location next to Lampton Park and 5 mins walk from Hounslow Central underground station (Piccadilly Line). Also just 15 mins walk to town centre. Local supermarkets nearby include Asda, Aldi and Lidl. Good bus links nearby which includes bus which pulls into front of site and goes to large out of town supermarket. Osterley Park is also not far away.

Parking is a problem at the site with very limited parking for council tenants despite there being a cpz in place. This is the only down side of the site.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hounslow is recently redeveloped high street, with a great shops and amazing restaurants. Also there is an excellent transport services, good quality of public spaces and established a new street market and outdoor performance area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We always received a very efficient response when we have any inconvenient at the building.

Something good is Hounslow is doing a great improvements, new flats developments with great facilities new shops and restaurants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the most reasons we decided to choose this area was all the facilities that we have for example we are very close to the underground station and bus station. Another important reason is the development is close to the Park this is a big plus and last but not least is near to high street. We are very happy to live here because a very quiet place.

To be honest we are satisfied with our Flat. There is nothing that we would change about it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cotswold House is a short walk from Hounslow town centre & local shops/supermarkets and a 5 min walk from Hounslow Central underground station - Piccadilly line to Heathrow & central London. Lampton park (Green flag award) is few mins walk away. Cotswold House is a great place to live with very friendly neighbours and quiet neighbourhood. The main disadvantage is the lack of parking outside the block. There is a CPZ in place but 75 permits were being offered for 17 car parking spaces so very difficult to park outside the flats even with a CPZ permit. Local street parking (HTCN) allows parking after 6pm Mon to Fri until 9 am.

Building demolition/works being carried out next to the block has produced a lot of dust on windows/balconies for several months and noise level from the site has been dreadful with works being carried out 5.5 days a week.

Plenty shool and restaurants close to high street
