The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Good local facilities and access to the city centre. The building is pet friendly and there is good access to some great parks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Excellent and prompt service from Stuart. My problem was resolved within hours of it being raised.

Accessibility is good but the area is very busy. Disappointed by the Morrisons closing recently. One of the reasons to get this property was Morrisons

They responded well to the issues. New year and Christmas time can be very slow

High electricity bills and every other bill is higher

The building’s location is fantastic, close to the high street with excellent shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. It’s incredibly convenient for daily needs and perfect for enjoying local dining and leisure. A great place to live with everything nearby!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team, especially Stuart, responses to incident reports within hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rent increases significantly and frequently, which can be challenging. Additionally, the wind tunnel between the buildings often carries allergy-triggering particles.

Schools Sutton has some of the best schools in the country, including Sutton Grammar School. Parks Sutton has many parks, including Nonsuch Park and The Oaks, where you can walk your dog. Transportation Sutton has great transport links, with regular trains to Victoria, Clapham Junction, and London Bridge. Shopping, dining, and leisure Sutton has a vibrant range of shopping, dining, and leisure opportunities. Crime rate Sutton is routinely ranked among the lowest crime rate boroughs in London. Village feel Sutton has seven district centers, many of which retain a "village" atmosphere. Proximity to London Sutton is close to central London, but still offers the serenity of Surrey. Museums Sutton has museums, including the Honeywood Museum, a 17th-century Grade II listed building. Attractions Sutton has many attractions, including Whitehall, Cheam Park, The Sports Village, Christ Church, The Sound Lounge, and ice islington center for English.
