The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Schools Sutton has some of the best schools in the country, including Sutton Grammar School. Parks Sutton has many parks, including Nonsuch Park and The Oaks, where you can walk your dog. Transportation Sutton has great transport links, with regular trains to Victoria, Clapham Junction, and London Bridge. Shopping, dining, and leisure Sutton has a vibrant range of shopping, dining, and leisure opportunities. Crime rate Sutton is routinely ranked among the lowest crime rate boroughs in London. Village feel Sutton has seven district centers, many of which retain a "village" atmosphere. Proximity to London Sutton is close to central London, but still offers the serenity of Surrey. Museums Sutton has museums, including the Honeywood Museum, a 17th-century Grade II listed building. Attractions Sutton has many attractions, including Whitehall, Cheam Park, The Sports Village, Christ Church, The Sound Lounge, and ice islington center for English.

Really well. Quick and professional. Respectful. Kind.

Absence of guest parking and uneven floor throught the building.

Convenient place and well equipped facilities including several lounges and gym rooms . It also has parcel room to store all deliveries. Although it may take a bit time to get things in the flat working

Very timely and helpful, like trying to get things done

I could not think of any for now. I have received lots of information about the building and flat already,

Management team is so responsive when we encounter any issue or question

High street is in walking distance which has multiple supermarkets, shops and restaurants and entertainment. Very close to Sutton Station, travelling to Central London is convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Chris responded our property maintenance issues quickly and Stuart solved it out in professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be great if a broadband(Wi-Fi) service is included in rent.
