The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

The building is at the prime location of Sutton, 5 mins walk to the Sutton Station, without crossing any road. The train noise is almost negligible

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responds quickly and solve issue effectively.

Absence of guest parking and area connecting the Well house and the high street is pretty windy

I am particularly impressed with the maintenance service here at THE WELL HOUSE. The members of maintenance team named Stuart and Paul both are always helpful with quick and high standard responses.

The building management always respond to our problems and issues in timely manner, quick and responsive attitude and action.

Very promptly- Stuart has always been so kind and apt with his issue investigation and timely resolution.

The microwave wouldn't be provided. There are no hangers.

It's convenient around this flat. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Facilities are very good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I inquired with the receptionist as to how the heating function works in the roow. Stuart who is a staff in the Well House explained that gently. He is really supportive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It might be better to set Wifi up after move-in because setup instraction is placed in the room.
