The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Location is fantastic, you may reach high street and railway station in a few mins by walk. Maintenance team response v fast, usually reply on the same day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is water leak in my flat during rainy day, they follow up closely on it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If the unit is facing railway , you may check out if you are ok with the noise level.

Really appreciate the fact that the building is very close to the Railway Station allowing us to connect to central London very easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time they respond well within decent timeframes.

Wide range of facilities and easy access for commute. The neighbourhood is also very safe and child friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart has been always the person to go to. He always been so helpful and even gone out of his way still being professional. Any issues that i have put up on the portal, he has always taken care of it as soon as possible. He also follows it up to see if the work has been done upto satisfaction.

There are a great variety of restaurants on the high street, which is only within a few minutes' walk from the Well House. Daily necessities can also be easily located from all kinds of shops in the vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive in any issues I have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the high standard of service of the Well House before I moved in, then I wouldn't have spent that long in looking for a right place to live.
