Greenford Quay : where good services meet Resident Satisfaction

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Greenford Quay residents can access Westway Cross Shopping Park and Greenford Station within a 10-20 minute walk, offering supermarkets like Lidl and M&S for essential shopping needs. It's acceptable to take 1 hour 15 mins in average access cross Central London. The development compensates for limited external amenities with impressive on-site features, including a fully-equipped gym, rooftop terrace and cinema room. Look forward to various shops and restaurants moving into Greenford Quay. With waterside views along the Grand Union Canal and proximity to Horsenden Hill, Greenford Quay provides a peaceful urban living environment to residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have submitted several written email complaints regarding the hygiene of the public areas, as I noticed some waste and rubbish were not disposed of properly in the cubicle in the rubbish room. I appreciate that the property management took my concerns seriously and promptly addressed the issues. They kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on their actions. At a result, the situation is improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No Hot water for a week due to over usage in late Dec 2024, but the property management did their best to work with the supplier to fix it.

What a wonderful place to live, Tillermans Court

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tillermans Court is such a terrific place to live. I live here for nearly 2 year, I feel delightful and safe. There is a lot of fansy, clean and comfortable common area for you to read, chat or relax. The gym room is spacious and clean. The staff here are all very nice. Especially, Kevin who is staff in leasing team. He is so nice, reliable and efficient. I can't say how grateful I was when he helped me handling the contract. Also, when you requested for maintenance, the staff here fast response to your requested and help you solved the problem. There are two playground downstairs, my kids love it so much. And it is very convenient to me especially during the winter time. All in all, I love Tillermans Court so much and highly recommend to everyone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Their response is quick. And I can feel that they treat the resident sincere.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Staying in house is not that cold compared to live at house during the winter time. That save a lot for electricity.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My flat in Greenford Quay is just a 5-minute walk from the Central Line. There’s a Co-op supermarket in the same building, along with a Starbucks and another café. The area is fantastic, especially by the canal—perfect for walking or running. It’s a great place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For maintenance, simply request it through the app, and it’ll be handled quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Security is top-notch, available 24/7, and regularly patrolling the building.
