Shops and cafes are nearby and short walk to the station. Security around so feels safe even at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Development is quick to answer to maintenance requests and really helpful overall.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More of a tour of the facility spaces - discovered a ”hidden” terrace space on the first floor after a few months.

The location is absolutely amazing. It’s like a US-style development, with large room spaces and multiple community areas (ie work spaces, game rooms, gyms, rooftop terraces etc). Although it has a direct connection to the city via the central line (Greenford station) and Piccadilly line (Sudbury hill), living here could feel a little bit too distant from the city, especially for those moving to London for the first time. The reception staff are simply great, Martina & Salam particularly are extremely professional, warm, and make living here a blast.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they tend to be quick to responding to queries, particularly when queries are posted via the maintenance portal

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community needs more restaurants, grocery stores etc.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and outdoor areas are very well maintained. Parking is an issue and maybe more needs to be done about this

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with the key card and the staff member sorted it quickly no issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I thought the amenities I.e cinema, conference rooms were free to book and did not expect a fee to pay

Dear SF thank you for your feedback , it is very important that we meet our Residents expectations. We will review what we are able to do to create more parking in the future. The Amenity Spaces are free for all residence to use , unless however you are booking them for a private function, I strongly believe that £10 per hour cleaning fee is not pricy at all , but I am sorry if you think otherwise. Great development with loads of helpful facilities to use. Been a resident here for couple of years and I’ve enjoyed my time during this period. A great experience in general.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management in general are doing great but it can sometimes take a bit longer to deal with the queries than expected due to the frequent change of staff members.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I moved in, we were told that the facilities were free to use but after the 2nd year, the communal spaces need to paid to be used which I think is not fair as the rent is expensive already.
