Vantage Point, N19

There are many benefits to living at Vantage point and within the surrounding area but I'm sure a lot of other reviews will go in to those things in detail. Instead I'd like to point out three big quality of life benefits one gets from living here that you would probably struggle to find elsewhere. Firstly, the greatest strength VP has going for it is that the whole building is centrally managed. No dealing with individual landlords and no dealing with letting agents. It’s hard to express how much of a pro this actually is in London as both of the former can be nightmares to deal with. At VP the teams who run both the letting process and the management side of things once you move in are great. I think if your expectations as a tenant are even slightly realistic they will comfortably surpass them in all ways. Especially if you compare against renting elsewhere in London. Secondly, there’s peace of mind in knowing that should anything break down or malfunction in the flat you have direct access to an incredible handyman who’s usually available within just a few days to get things fixed. I’ve had very issues in my 1.5 years living here but when I have they’ve been resolved quickly and painlessly. Third and finally, I want to say just how incredible it is having access to the amenities 24 hours a day! This isn’t super common as amenities in buildings like this will often close around 10pm. Being able to use the gym/games room/dining room/living room/co-working space/or balcony areas at any time, even the middle of the night, really makes your flat feel bigger than it is. You’re never restricted to being solely in that space. Having constant access makes the shared spaces feel like a continuation of your private space and that’s a truly lovely feeling.

The design of the building is amazing, it has easy access to all the facilities on offer, which include gym, lounge , library and communal room on the 16th floor with incredible views of London. The building and property management is the best I have ever seen, they always provide a great service to their tenants at vantage point. The receptionist team Marcia, Carlota and felix are always friendly, professional offering the residents outstanding customer service each day.

I've rated them 5 stars overall and they deserve them. This is still in my opinion one of the best options to rent. Not so much for the amenities (which are nice) but for the time and effort saved knowing that anything the apartments need will be dealt with, and everything will be running. In most cases one can just forget about it and that has a lot of value (although pricing is now at the upper bound of the equation convenience-price). There is a nice community and it makes a big difference to come back from a long day and find a 24/7 reception that is welcoming and can also provide help if needed. Just on the day of this review I was welcomed with a pleasant conversation by Marcia and Felix, and only last week I was getting valuable insights from Mandy. Laura is a go to person for many needs. There are many more people day and night who are also all nice, it's not possible to go one by one (and I don't know all their names). It is very convenient to be able to receive packages 24/7 without having to ask a neighbour, and reception also has helped with returns if the person cannot be not home. The views of London from the top are the best I've seen anywhere. The quality of the building, furniture in common areas, etc. is also really good.

The building is new, stylish, and offers a welcoming atmosphere to residents. Common areas are well-maintained, including the lounge and gym. Reception is always helpful and resolves issues quickly, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Vantage Point has a very high standard on all levels, be it design, facilities or friendliness of the residents team. Despite the street not feeling the safest in the evenings, inside the building there is always a calming and supportive atmosphere and I feel very safe. I appreciate that one can only take the lifts with a key. Felix‘s good mood is infectious and makes living here feel more like home.
