Local stores are near by and hospital round the corner made my pregnancy journey smooth and sound. Not much traffic as well peace and quite environment. Bin collections was up to date and never had any issues with that.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded us very well whenever we have reported with concerns and issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t know Tesco was round the corner 😂 which is very handy for us

I like the fact the building is very secure and not just anyone can enter through the gates.

How to lock the door properly and to work the washing machine and everything else in the flats

Shorter calling waiting time if needed help by a member of the a2 team.

The location is excellent! Tesco extra, petrol station, hospital, car garage., all at 2 mins distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are expensive and not spaced enough. Small space vs high rent

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is great. It’s 2 mins away from everyday necessities, like hospital, Tesco, fuel station, car garage, McDonald’s. The bus stops outside are serving Heathtow airports, nearby high street, and many other locations.

I acknowledge your comments around the provision of a play area for children, but regrettably this is outside of our direct control as we are not the overall building Freeholder. We will escalate the concerns around the car park barriers to the Freeholder / Managing Agent accordingly.

Very close to Staines Town centre and excellent transport links, very conveniently located next door to a Tesco Extra. Main road next to complex can be very noisy at night but this is only notably when the windows are open.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The development is right next to London Road which can be a very busy road at times and at night people tend to ride motorbikes at incredibly high speeds that are very audible indoors, this can be quite annoying if you have the windows open.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

the flat is very well insulated, to the point we don't need to use hating in the winter, but this s a double edged sword as the flat gets very hot in the summer.

-bus stops right next to the building -huge Tesco right next door - hospital next door - restaurant, bar, MC Donald right across the street The building is safe,monitored and cleaned.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We contact the Agency if necessary, everything is always taken care of.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only bad thing is that the apartment is dark because the sun does not get in.
